The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that starting 1 February, electronic notifications of summons and violations will be activated for shop owners and companies through the Kuwait Mobile ID and Sahel business applications to the legal representative of the entity registered with the Ministry.
The ministry stated on Saturday, that as of 1 February, printed dealings will be stopped, and electronic handling of summons will be exclusively approved, reported Al Rai newspaper. The Ministry called on the public to ensure the integrity of the data registered in the company’s commercial register, including an email and a mobile phone number.
