MEW collects KD 200 million in 4 months

The Assistant Undersecretary for Customer Services Sector at the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy (MEW) Ahmed Al-Rashidi confirmed that the ministry provides several collection channels for customers who wish to pay their dues, Al-Rai daily reported.

Customers can pay their dues through mobile phones,  through the ministry’s website or payment links, or by calling 153, in addition to the traditional collection mechanism for customers wishing to visit the offices of the Foreign Ministry.

Al-Rashidi told the daily that these means or channels that the ministry has been keen to diversify, allow the ministry’s customers to pay their debts in a very easy way, without incurring any trouble or hardship, pointing out that the ministry was able to collect KD 200 Million during the first quarter of the current fiscal year’s budget.
