Massive search for missing Mubarak yields no results, baffles MOI personnel

In a large public-official campaign, thousands of citizens and security men participated in the search for the missing citizen, Mubarak Al-Rashidi, Friday afternoon which continued until after midnight, in the Kabd and desert areas, where all the targeted sites were searched, even the quarries without finding a trace of the missing Al-Rashidi.

Following instructions issued by the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, the search party included the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Operations Affairs, Major General Jamal Al-Sayegh, said that 200 security men, 90 patrols and 120 squads in addition to the General Department of Criminal Evidence, Investigation, Public Security, Traffic, Helicopters and the Central Operations and Research Department and sniffer dogs. The 24-hour search yielded no results.

In a statement to Al-Rai, Al-Barjas expressed his thanks to all citizens, residents and volunteer teams for the efforts they made during the launch of the campaign, pointing out that “the campaign worked to comb suspicious sites, and some of the information that is provided, and that any information or communication reaches He indicates to the Ministry of the Interior that there is any evidence that leads us to reach the missing person.

Al-Barjas said since the report was received about the missing person about a month ago, all sectors of the Ministry of Interior have been working around the clock to comb the area and collect information, and the search process continues in coordination with his family members and volunteer teams, but all information received so far has been inaccurate.
