On behalf of the People, the Government and the Embassy of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) to the State of Kuwait, I would like to convey my sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Crown Prince and His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah, Prime Minister on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of National Day and 30th anniversary of the Independent Day of the State of Kuwait.
Under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait as well as His Highness the late Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Kuwait has achieved great prosperity over the years, especially the capacity to be the center of humanitarian initiatives world-wide, support dialogue for unity among GCC states, and peace, stability and development globally. Kuwait also pays attention to actively providing COVID-19 vaccination to Kuwaitis and expat communities as quickly as possible.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to His Highness the Amir and other leaders of the State of Kuwait for their continued support and cooperation with the Embassy, as well as the Government of the Lao PDR, in contributing to its socio-economic development. I am confident that the friendly relations and cooperation between two countries Laos-Kuwait would be further developed for the benefit of our nations and for peace and stability in the world.
