Depending on their job titles, the Kuwaiti nurses working in government hospitals and clinics receive an increase in shift or risk allowances of between 450 and 850 dinars depending on their job titles covered by the Civil Service Commission Resolution No 5 of 2009.
On the other hand, Al-Anba also reported that health employees who have grievances about what it called ‘excellent work bonus’ must file them ‘online’ at https://grievance.moh.gov.kw/bonus/ link before Sept 16, 2021, complete with the 2020 work assessment file in PDF format. No grievances will be accepted after this date.
