Kuwaiti Fawaz Al-Awadi wins the ‘Best Arab’ award in law

Kuwaiti Dr. Fawaz Muhammad Al-Awadi won the Arab Professional Excellence Award for “Best Arab” for 2023 in the field of law, as part of the activities of the seventh session of the “Global International Awards” that were held in the French capital, Paris.

In a statement to KUNA, Al-Awadhi expressed his happiness at winning this award, “because of the value it carries and the motivation to work in order to raise Kuwait’s name high in international forums,” reports Al-Qabas daily.

Al-Awadi on acceptance of the award says he wishes to see more Kuwaiti names on the distinguished awards lists in various fields.

Dr. Ayoub Al-Rozi, a member of the General Secretariat of the “Best Arab” award, said that the award has honored distinguished executives working in vital industries, such as petrochemicals, pharmaceutical and food industries, communications, automobiles, research, education, health, environmental services, and various institutions from the public and private sectors, in addition to non-profit institutions. .

He explained that the Global Awards are considered one of the most prominent business awards in the Arab region and the Middle East, as their awards are presented on a competitive basis, based on several indicators to measure the efficiency of performance and excellence of institutions and individuals in more than 12 sectors.

Al-Awadi has won Gulf and Arab awards and was chosen among the well-known list of the best legal advisors in the Middle East

In Legal 500 – GC powerlist, he was also selected as a member of the advisory board of LexisNexus Middle East magazine.

Al-Awadhi holds a doctorate in law from the University of Washington in the United States, a master’s degree in law from the University of California, and a bachelor’s degree in law from Kuwait University.
