A Kuwaiti citizen with a criminal record has been arrested by personnel from the Jahra Security Directorate at a checkpoint in the Al-Naeem area,
At the time of arrest the man in a state of drug use and in possession of an air rifle, a knife, narcotic substances, and a sum of money.
The man arrived at the checkpoint driving a car and when police demanded to see his ID, they suspected his behavior because he appeared abnormal.
He has been handed over to the competent authority.
