Kuwait and Russia initially signed three agreements for legal and judicial cooperation on Wednesday. The initial agreements are related to exchanged legal assistance on criminal matters, an extradition agreement and another on delivering imprisoned convicts, according to a Kuwaiti official.
Ministry of Justice Undersecretary Zakaria AlAnsari said the move was made after three days of negotiations with Russia’s Deputy Minister of Justice Mikhail Galperin in Moscow, ahead of a final ministerial approval.
