Kuwait ranks 2nd in Turkey’s real estate purchases

Turkish economic data showed that Kuwait ranked second among the GCC states in terms of buying real estate in Turkey. The data issued by the Turkish Statistical Institute stated that Kuwaiti citizens bought 8,442 properties in Turkey in the past seven years.

The total volume of real estate sales calculated from the Middle East countries amounted to 74,233 properties from September 2018 to September 2022, adding that Iraq is at the forefront of buying the most real estate with 36,391 properties.

Followed by Saudi Arabia in third place with 7,146 real estate purchases, Jordan in fourth place with 5,268 properties, with Egypt ranking fifth in the list with 4,563 properties, Yemen at the sixth position with 4,409 properties, then Lebanon in seventh place with 3,497 properties, followed by Libya at the eighth position with 1,732 properties, while Qatar came in ninth place with 1,485 properties, then Sudan in tenth place with 1,300 purchases.
