Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi said “the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed the government of the Philippines of the decision to stop issuing visas to Filipino workers, in accordance with the decision of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled.”
