Kuwait’s confirmed daily coronavirus cases rose by 23 to 412,731 while no deaths were reported leaving the total unchanged at 2,462, the health ministry said on Tuesday.
Another 27 people were cured of the virus, raising the total of those to have overcome the disease to 409,919, according to ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdallah Al-Sanad in a statement.
The number of people hospitalised with the virus at COVID-19 wards is 17, five of whom have been admitted to intensive care units, he added, revealing that another 350 are receiving regular treatment.
Some 16,713 swab tests were conducted over the last day out of a total of 4,862,318, mentioned the official.
