Kuwait Ministry of Health (MoH) has administered over 504,660 doses of Covid-19 vaccines to citizens as well as the residents. This indicates that 11.82% of Kuwait’s total population has received the vaccine dose.
The Ministry is working to expand its capacity to immunize at a faster rate. MoH plans to vaccinate 2 million people by the end of September. the ministry has set up mobile units for increasing the frequency of vaccination. During the next few days, MoH plans to expand the vaccine campaign and include all employees of cooperative societies, mosque employees, and others.
According to Arabic media, 1 million people have registered to get vaccinated in Kuwait.
Whereas Qatar has vaccinated over 600,000 people, which constitutes 23% of its total population. Saudi Arabic has vaccinated about 10.6% of its total population, that is more than 3 million people.
