The Kuwait Banking Association has announced the temporary suspension of operations for local banks on Thursday, September 28th, to observe an official holiday commemorating the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, reported Al-Jarida Daily.
Sheikha Al-Issa, the Director of Public Relations at the Kuwait Banks Association, conveyed this announcement via a press statement on Sunday. She elaborated that the holiday, dedicated to honoring the significant religious occasion, will temporarily interrupt the usual banking services. During this period, customers are advised to plan their financial transactions accordingly.
