The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation is considering extending a consultancy contract to implement the comprehensive restructuring of the oil sector until the completion of the study work, which was supposed to end last year.
Al-Anba quoting sources said the KPC will issue a change order worth 498.5 thousand dinars on the value of the contract signed with Strategy & Strategy (formerly Bose & Partners) at a value of 1.5 million dinars.
The sources stated that the completion of the study was delayed as a result of the inconclusive appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO.
