On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister of Kuwait, the entire Government, and the people of Kuwait, on this auspicious occasion of the 61st Kuwait National Day and 31st Kuwait Liberation Day.
Kuwait has made tremendous strides in its development and continues to be a model state for peace and prosperity in the region. Kuwait can count on Kenya as a reliable friend and partner that will endevor to strengthen bilateral relations for the mutual benefit of our people.
