On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of Kazakhstan to the State of Kuwait and on my own behalf, I would like to convey my cordial congratulations to His Highness, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Government and the people of Kuwait on the occasion of the National Day and Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
