The Director of Public Relations and Media, Shamikh Al-Rashidi, announced the launch of the “WhatsApp” service and the e-mail for sending complaints and suggestions from the Ministry’s employees to secure a good work environment in the various departments and sections of the Ministry, reports a local Arabic daily.
