Ravi Krishnan, who hails from the Indian state of Kerala collapsed while on his morning walk at Salmiya Garden today.
An ambulance took him to the hospital immediately, and he was later confirmed dead. He was also tested positive for covid. The death of Mr Krishnan comes as shock as he displayed no symptoms of Coivid-19 and was in good health.
Krishnan was employed as the General Manager at Tremex Al Ghanim joint venture, and resided in Kuwait for the past ten years.
Even though the government has imposed a partial lockdown since over a month daily Covid-19 infection numbers are crossing the one thousand mark with a high number of deaths touching almost 80 this past week.
