On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of India, including the Indian Community in Kuwait, I convey my sincere and hearty congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on his assumption of the high office of Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.
India and Kuwait share close bilateral relations which are deep-rooted in history, anchored by strong civilizational linkages and the ever-vibrant people to people contact. I am confident that this multifaceted relationship will broaden and strengthen further under the guidance and leadership of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait and His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.
I would like to take this opportunity to extend my best wishes for good health and well-being of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al- Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait and His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, and for the continued prosperity of the people of the friendly State of Kuwait.
