His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad AlSabah visited Tuesday, Ministry of Interior headquarters, namely the Nawaf Al-Ahmad Building. Upon arrival, he was received by Minister of Interior, Sheikh Thamer Ali Sabah Al-Salem AlSabah, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant General Issam Salem AlNaham.
In a speech, His highness said this visit carries several messages, first is to follow up the visit of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah last month and follow his directive of applying the law to everyone, and that no one is above the law.
The second message is to express thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Interior and its members for the great role they played during COVID-19 health crisis.
His Highness expressed wishes of work to continue in the same manner, as this health crisis still has not ended.
While in the third message, His Highness stressed the need to preserve the role of the security man and perform their work as a role model in this society.
Minister of Interior, Sheikh Thamer Ali Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, delivered a speech during which he stressed the importance of the Ministry of Interior’s employees ‘commitment to the contents His Highness speech, by embodying cooperation with all state agencies, improving public services and addressing the core issues of concern to the nation and citizens.
