The head of the advisory committee to confront Coronavirus, Dr. Khaled Al-Jarallah, assured that the epidemiological situation of the Corona pandemic is under surveillance and authorities are not planning to impose curfew in the near future, Al-Rai daily reported.
Al-Jarallah indicated that general preventive directives are to reduce the chances of infection and increase the frequency of vaccination, noting that a wave of mutilation (delta) dominates the mutations and imposes its agenda on the countries of the world and returns the preventive recommendations after the openness.
On a related note, a member of the Supreme Advisory Committee and a member of the Vaccine Committee, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed, considered that the vaccine is the best choice against the pandemic, explaining that “in the presence of the first strain and even as well. The (alpha) strain of the vaccine was 100 percent effective against entering care, and after the emergence of the highly prevalent delta mutant, the statistics showed that the effectiveness was slightly lower with it, but it was effective.
