The Chief of the Directorate-General of Fire Department (DGFD), Lieutenant General Khaled Rakan Al-Makrad, inspected the work of the admission committees in the General Fire Force Training Department, in order to ensure the principle of transparency, equality and justice in the process of selecting applicants.
Lieutenant General Al-Makrad listened to a detailed explanation of the mechanism for testing applicants for non-commissioned officer courses, where height, weight, physical fitness, and swimming tests are currently being conducted according to the requirements of each specialty to ensure the applicants’ ability and competence to pass these tests.
Al-Makrad was accompanied by the Acting Deputy Chief of the General Fire Force for Combat and Human Resources Development, Major General Jamal Badr Nasser, the Acting Director of the Fire Force Training Department, Brigadier General Muhammad Hamad Abdullah, and the Acting Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, Colonel Ahmed Fahd Hurras.
