Personnel from the Ahmadi Security Directorate have arrested two people — a Kuwaiti citizen and an Asian – for possessing and consuming drugs.
The Al-Anba daily said the men who were seized in the Mahboula area have been handed over to the General Administration for Narcotics Control.
The men were spotted seated in a parked vehicle by a roving police patrol car. The men appeared nervous as the patrol drove up to the parked vehicle and after searching the men police found with them 3 bags of shabu, a piece of hashish, and 5 ‘Lyrica’ narcotic pills, in addition to drug paraphernalia and a sharp weapon.
