The tallest living woman, Rumeysa Gelgi, managed to travel by air for the first time, according to the Guinness Book of Records. Gelgi, a 7-foot, 25-year old woman from Turkey, has not flown before because her height does not allow it even at a young age. To make the flight possible, one of the planes was modified to enable it to travel to San Francisco in the United States with its six seats replaced with a bed for Gelgi.
Gelgi posted on her official Instagram account about how the flight was flawless from start to finish and that it will not be her last.
Earlier this year, Gelgi broke records for the longest finger and hand, as well as the largest hand of a woman alive. In 2014, she was considered the tallest living teenager, and has set several Guinness World Records
