Governmental sources say the meeting did not address the Gulf dispute

Governmental sources confirmed that the talks on the recent visit of the Qatari Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani to the country and the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Nasser with the Saudi ambassador to Kuwait, Sultan bin Saad, on Thursday did not address the Gulf dispute, reports Al-Qabas.

The daily said, quoting sources, “The discussions revolved around regional and local developments, the most important security and economic challenges, and the efforts to confront them.” “Kuwaiti efforts in the Gulf reunification have not and will not stop,” it added, “but the current situation has slowed down the steps forward, and the efforts and endeavors will resume again.”
