The Council of Ministers will not hold their weekly meeting today, Thursday, and have elected to postpone the decision regarding the partial curfew, Al-Qabas daily reports. Earlier the council announced at its meeting last Thursday that it would review the curfew today as the country moves to phase four of the return to normal life plan.
The daily said, quoting government sources, that the curfew will be decided in the next session after evaluating the indicators of coronavirus infection, the number of infection cases and the opinion of the health authorities. The daily said that the government will also study the impact of the curfew on business activities, in addition to adherence to the preventive requirements, based on which the council will decide to either lift the curfew or continue it.
