The government is inclined to approve the law establishing the northern economic zone, the Silk Project, through a necessary decree before the start of the next session, Al Qabas daily reported.

The government aims to accelerate the necessary executive steps to complete major development projects in Kuwait.

The government aims to accelerate the development of  19 development projects, including the project to establish the entertainment city, and the car cinema project, preparing an area of land in the Subiya area to attract fast food trucks for owners of food trucks.

The development project plan also includes small projects, housing projects, investment of parks and squares located within regions, landscaping islands, establishing a site for modern and advanced exhibitions in the Subiya area, and beautifying Kuwait City.

The public and economic services committees of the Council of Ministers have also finalized an implementation plan for the completion of these projects in their meeting last Sunday.
