To the friendly people of Kuwait, to all pilgrims – whether they perform Hajj or celebrate at home, and to all muslims around the world, I wish to extend my heartfelt wishes for a blessed and joyful Eid Al Adha 2023.
We are well aware that global peace, one of our utmost aspirations, remains elusive in our troubled world.
Eid Al Adha is a welcome and special occasion to remind ourselves that we are not alone in our struggle for a peaceful world – a world built on the solid foundations of mutual respect and brotherly compassion for all humans. These values are deeply embedded in the traditions of this festive season.
May the blessings of Eid Al Adha fill your homes and hearts and the minds of your loved ones. And as we begin to celebrate, our thoughts go out to the less fortunate, destitute people of this world whom we include in our prayers for peace and happiness.
