An Egyptian expatriate filed a report to the Jahra police station after finding out that her bank balance had been stolen through five bank withdrawals, an Arab daily reported.
The source revealed that the unidentified suspect sent the victim a message informing her that her bank card was blocked for not updating her bank data. The victim contacted the suspect who tricked her into disclosing her bank details, and then stole KD 250 from her bank balance. A case of felony has been registered.
