In the first ruling of the conviction of minister, the Court today, Thursday, dismissed the former Minister of Health, Ali Al-Obeidi, and others with a fine of KD 20,000, Al Qabas reported.
Minister and agents were not sentenced to imprisonment. The court ruled to cancel the imprisonment sentence of 7 years, in the case of damaging public money.
