The Foreign Ministry has summoned Kuwait’s permanent representative to the Arab League and the charge d’affaires of the Kuwaiti embassy in Cairo, against the background of the invitation to former MP Muhammad Al-Juwaihel for a dinner party held at the embassy in honor of the Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation participating in the fourth conference of the Arab Parliament and the heads of Arab councils and parliaments held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, reports Al-Rai daily.
