The Public Relations and Media Department of the General Fire Force stated that after a report was received by the Central Operations Department Friday evening that a fire broke out in a commercial complex basement restaurant in Salmiya firemen from Salmiya and Al-Bida fire stations rushed to the site and put out the fire without causing any injuries.
Fire sources told Al-Rai daily the kitchen was destroyed by the fire. The cause of the fire is not known.
