When a fire broke out in an apartment in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, firemen and police discovered a local wine factory run by an Asian.
The Al-Anba daily said the fire almost killed the Asian who was rescued from the apartment and taken in a critical condition to Farwaniya Hospital. The items seized from the apartment are in police custody and the man will be interrogated after he is discharged from the hospital.
The Public Relations and Media Department of the General Fire Force stated that after a report was received by the Central Operations Department yesterday afternoon firefighting teams from Al-Sumoud and Al-Ardiya centers put out fire on the second floor apartment.
