Remittances from Filipinos working in Kuwait increased by 3.7% during 2022, reaching $597.2 million, compared to transfers worth $576 million during 2021, while the value of remittances of Filipino workers from the GCC countries increased during the past year by 4.25% annually, to reach the level of 5.37 billion dollars, reports Al-Anba daily.
