The Operations Room of the Interior Ministry acting on a complaint from an Arab arrested a drunk Asian for attempted rape of a Filipina. According to the Arab, he and ‘others’ heard the screams for help from the Filipina and followed the sound to discover the man taking off his clothes to commit the act. They managed to detain the man until the police arrived to arrest him, reports Al-Anba daily.
