The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bhutan to Kuwait, His Excellency Dasho Tashi Phuntsog, held a reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Tuesday, 17 December to mark the 106th National Day of the Kingdom. A large gathering of diplomats, government officials and dignitaries attended the event.
