Electronic tests for candidates for supervisory positions begins March 8

The Ministry of Education has set March 8 to March 15 dates for the electronic test for all candidates who have applied for the position of School Principal, Deputy Director, and Head of Department, in the kindergarten, primary and intermediate stages, in addition to those who have applied for technical mentor position for all educational levels in government schools, the Special Education Department and the Religious Education Department. The test center is Jabriya Training Center.

The circular says the duration of the electronic test will be two-and-a-quarter hours. The tests will be conducted in two shifts, morning from 9 am to 11.15 am and from 5 pm to 7.15 pm. The candidates must be present on the premises one hour before the test begins and must bring along the Civil ID and must adhere to health protocols in force at that moment including wearing a mask.

The circular stressed mobile phones and electronic watches are forbidden inside the test center, and the educational districts must inform those concerned of its date.

In the event of absence from attending the first test, a medical report or a preventive health report regarding cases infected with “Corona” or in contact with them, must be submitted to the Department of Coordination and Follow-up of Public Education within 3 days from the date of the test.

In the meantime, the Ministry of Education has issued a circular regarding updating the data of the social allowance for Kuwaiti employees, including the obligation for the employee who receives it (married category or for his male and female children) to submit a declaration to that effect every six months, explaining the social status and the change that occurred in the documents.

The Ministry of Education stated that it will launch an electronic service platform that will allow the employees who receive a ‘children’s allowance’ to update their data.

The Undersecretary of Education, Ali Al-Yacoub, issued a general bulletin for all public, private and qualitative education schools for boys and girls (except for the kindergarten stage), regarding participation in the fourth session of the “Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Best Teacher”, in the United Arab Emirates.

The bulletin stated this is the vision of the Ministry of Education, which aims to improve educational performance, by motivating distinguished teachers, and in appreciation of the efforts of those who support the educational and educational processes, in addition to motivating them to participate in this educational competition to open wider areas for creativity and innovation in the educational field.”
