‘Easy’ addis user’s signature and evaluation to government services

The official spokesman for the unified government application for electronic services “Sahel” Youssef Kazem announced the launch of a new update for the “Sahel” application, which is now available through the digital stores of smartphones, which includes a set of new features that enhance the user experience of the government application for electronic services.

He explained that the new update includes a signature panel to obtain the user’s signature through the application, adding an interactive button to facilitate booking appointments, receive notifications while using the application, and the ability to evaluate services provided by government agencies, in addition to the possibility of user evaluation of the “Sahel” application, reports Al-Jarida daily.
