Representative Muhannad Al-Sayer submitted a proposal to the Ministries of Health, Interior, and Justice to stipulate a drug test upon the marriage or employment of citizens and upon renewal of the residency of expatriates, Al-Rai daily reported.
In the introduction to the proposal, Al-Sayer said that the number of drug cases exceeded 17,000 during ten years, and it can only be reduced by concerted efforts.
