Dadabhai Travel, Middle East’s leading travel agency opened its Old Souq in Salmiyah branch, newest service outlet situated right in the heart one of Kuwait’s busiest areas on May 18, 2021 in the presence of several invited guests, members of the diplomatic community, travel agencies, and airline representatives. The opening was officiated by Philippine Vice Consul Honorable Adrian Baccay with Dadabhai’s General Manager Muzaffer Parkar and Branch Manager Paulita Lundang.
The event commenced with a brief message from Parkar, expressed his gratitude to everyone present and highlighted the importance of bringing Dadabhai Travel accessible in location to its clients. Vice Consul Baccay also delivered a short message thanking Dadabhai for being a partner to the repatriation program of the Philippine Embassy during the lockdown period and expressed his hope that Dadabhai travel’s opening signals the reopening of normal flights in and out of Kuwait. Parkar and Lundang joined Vice Consul Baccay in the ceremonial cutting of ribbon to officiate its opening. A plaque of appreciation was awarded to Vice Consul Baccay and followed by a brief tour of the place.
In a short message sent by Aziz Gilitwala, Managing Director of Dadabhai Travel stated “As we continue our ambitious expansion plans, and with immense pride and sincere appreciation, I am delighted to know that Mr. Muzaffar Parkar, in a short span of 15 months with his team in Kuwait has managed to establish themselves confidently and have opened our second office. The inauguration of this office coincides with a momentous event in our history as we at Dadabhai Travel celebrates our 40th Anniversary. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate my entire Dadabhai Travel team in GCC comprising of 275 plus dedicated professionals on this very proud and heart-warming occasion”.
