Deputy Head of the Bachelors Committee in the Judicial Control Team of the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Ahmed Al-Shammari said the concerned authorities cut off power supply to more than 100 residential properties in the Farwaniya Governorate during the past month, after taking all measures and issuing warning notices by the Ministry of Interior and the Kuwait Municipality and giving ample time for the owners of these properties to rectify the situation and evict the bachelors from the so-called model residential areas.
Al-Shammari pointed out that the campaigns were carried out in coordination with the distribution networks sector of the Ministry of Electricity and Water during which the committee monitored several negative phenomena that posed a security, health and social threat to families. The complaints were filed by citizens living in these areas.
