CSC creates position for students supervisors to lessen burden on teachers

The Ministry of Education has accepted approximately 87 female candidates holding intermediate certificates for specific positions reserved for women.

The Al-Rai daily has learned, these candidates will soon be assigned to various schools.

The Ministry has outlined specific responsibilities for individuals in these positions, including overseeing students, monitoring attendance and departures, and addressing needs during school hours. It was emphasized that a comprehensive job description will be provided to prevent overlaps in roles.

Furthermore, the allocation of assistants in each school will be based on the number of female candidates assigned to these roles.

Typically, this number does not exceed two assistants per school. Initially, the distribution of assistants will be prioritized for kindergartens and primary schools, with consideration for middle and high school levels based on their respective needs at a later stage.
