The Criminal Court has postponed the murder case of Mubarak Al-Rashidi to August 15, while slapping a charge of premeditated murder against the suspect.
The Ministry of Interior had announced the decipherment of the mystery of the disappearance of the citizen Mubarak Al-Rashidi, weeks after his disappearance in the Subbiya neighborhood, where security men found his body inside a container in the Salmi area, reports Al-Qabas daily.
On May 26, the forensic evidence report showed that the body found in the container was that of the missing citizen, Al-Rashidi, and that he was killed, and his body was hidden inside a container in Salmi.
The investigations of the Ministry of Interior and its continuous efforts since the disappearance of the man revealed the details and circumstances of this heinous crime, and the investigations extended from Kuwait to Egypt in coordination and cooperation with the Egyptian security authorities in order to investigate the Egyptian accused who witnessed the crime inside a camp in the Kabad area, and helped transfer Al-Rashidi’s body to Al-Salmi desert.
