The Court of Ministers has acquitted all the defendants in the so-called Army Fund case. The court pronounced the verdict in an open session, local Arabic media reported.
In early February, the Court of Ministers had set March 8 to issue the verdict in the case in which former Prime Minister Jaber Al-Mubarak, former Minister of Interior and Defense Khaled Al-Jarrah, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense Jassar Al-Jassar and others were accused of ‘wrongdoing’.
