The Constitutional Court has rejected the appeal filed by the former Assistant Undersecretary of Health for Legal Affairs against the ruling of the Court of Ministers against him.
It also rejected 5 appeals from private schools against the Ministry of Education’s decision not to allow private schools to raise tuition fees, reports a local Arabic daily.
