The Ministry of the Interior announced that an inmate of the Central Prison has committed suicide and a case has been referred to the concerned authority.
The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the of the Ministry of Interior said a committee has been formed comprising members from the ministries of Interior, Health and civil society institutions such as the Kuwaiti Society for Human Rights and the Kuwaiti Transparency Society, to find out the circumstances of the incident.
