The Deputy Director-General for Projects Sector Affairs, Eng Nadia Al- Shuraida, has formed a committee to follow up the work of advisory services for the Friday and Bird Market project for the Jahra Governorate, which is headed by Eng. Lulwa Al-Daihani.
Al-Shuraida identified the committee’s tasks in reviewing and following up on the consultant’s implementation of the requirements of the contractual requirements, the project work plan through the timetable and the detailed work program for the project and matching that with the contractual requirements, following up on the consultant’s work and completion rates according to the technical requirements, terms of reference and technical offer, studying and reviewing monthly reports and making the necessary observations to ensure the quality of project workflow, reports a local Arabic daily.
She explained that the committee will monitor the quality of work submitted by the consultant for the project, and recommend the disbursement of payments based on completion of work.
