The hypermarket said it was determined to retain its first place as the ‘Best Supermarket’ in Kuwait by launching more stores in new areas with the focus continuing to be on providing convenience, ease of shopping, and delivering the best customer experience for shoppers.

The statement pointed out that during the past year the hypermarket had opened in new locations and ventured into the online world by launching www.cchyper.com with a team of talented individuals. The online platform provides d shoppers with easy access to the vast product range available on the hypermarket’s shelves, with the priority being on providing a fresh and enriching online shopping experience that caters to the taste, requirement and choice of customers.

On future expansion plans, the hypermarket stated that it planned to extend its reach and expand its service by opening outlets in all areas of Kuwait, so as to fulfill demands of different sectors of its customer base in the most efficient manner. The brand added that it would strive to remain the ‘Best Supermarket’ by pursuing excellence in all parameters used by Service Hero to measure the best retail service provider.

Among the dimensions examined by the index evaluators were quality and variety of the hypermarket’s product range, reliability and speed of service delivery, staff attitude, and convenience of location and value to price, as well as stores hygiene, product availability and usefulness and functionality of online presence.

The top scoring brands in overall customer satisfaction in each service category, which also met the minimum vote requirement, were then awarded the pole position prize. Launched in 2010, the Service Hero Awards are the only national index which awards prizes based solely on consumer feedback, and which is overseen by an independent council.

The statement concluded by promising customers to continue providing the best quality and widest variety of products at the best prices, as well as offering exclusive products from international brands such as  Waitrose and Organic Larder. The hypermarket also renewed its commitment to continue pursuing the brand’s renowned qualities of reliability, convenience, speed of service delivery, and most importantly, the service attitude of staff that shoppers have come to appreciate and trust.
