An unidentified Kuwaiti has been arrested by personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department and handed over to the Public Prosecution.
The man was taken into custody after four Kuwaitis, on who the man fired with a Kalashnikov machine-gun and fled leaving behind the weapon when the victims tried to catch him, and referred to the Public Prosecution, reports a local Arabic daily.
The incident which happened in Fahaheel, is being investigated.
