A Bangladeshi bus driver who was transporting a Kuwaiti student from college to her home has been accused of attempting to kidnap her.
In her statement to the police, the young lady said that she was alone on the bus after the driver had dropped all other students to their homes, but instead of driving her home, as usual, he went to another area, which is when she became suspicious.
Luckily, at that moment, her mother called the driver to ask why her daughter was late. The girl then reportedly screamed for help and this caused the driver to panic and drive her home.
Detectives are said to be investigating the incident.
